Rev. Nathan Nelson serves Trinity as its Associate Pastor. Pastor Nathan originally grew up in St. Louis, MO. He graduated in 2020 from Creighton University after receiving his B.A. degree in Classical Languages. He then returned to St. Louis that same year to begin his studies at Concordia Seminary.
After his vicarage year ended in Decatur, IL, he married his wife Ashley who was a deaconess student whom he had met at Concordia Seminary. They both then went on to finish their studies at the seminary and graduated in the spring of 2024. Upon receiving his Master of Divinity, Pastor Nathan accepted his first call to Trinity where he was ordained and installed as the associate pastor on July 14, 2024.
Enjoying both the great indoors and outdoors, Pastor Nathan likes to a variety of things from fishing, hiking, and baseball to board games, card games, movies, and video games.
